All sessions are held online via Bilateral Base — a secure, confidential platform designed specifically for EMDR therapy.
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call so we can get a sense of each other and explore whether working together feels right. No pressure, no commitment.

Individual Supervision

£110 per session of 50mins. 

Group Supervision
No more than six practitioners — shared learning, honest conversation, and the quiet relief of not being alone in the work.
£60 per person · 2 hours
