To hold others well, you need to feel held yourself. Good supervision is where that starts.
Whether you are newly qualified or experienced and sitting with cases that keep you up at night — you are welcome here.
I know what it is to be an EMDR therapist who needed good supervision to truly find their feet. My own practice flourished not just through training, but through the experience of being well supervised — having a space to think, to question, and to grow in confidence. I have seen how many therapists, even experienced ones, hold back with EMDR — uncertain, tentative, not quite trusting the model or themselves. Good supervision changes that.
I work with EMDR practitioners at all stages of the journey, bringing warmth, curiosity, and genuine interest in you — not just your caseload. What the work stirs up in you matters as much as what to do next clinically.
This is a space to think out loud, bring your most challenging cases, and be met without judgement. I draw on my clinical experience across NHS and private practice settings, alongside my Compassionate Inquiry training — bringing depth and humanity to every session.
